All the animals in our community, young and old, deserve a chance to be loved. But first, they need your help. When the homeless pet population explodes in the springtime, we see a surge of baby animals that need formula, medicine and other supplies. The expenses are tremendous. Join us for the Vanderburgh Humane Society's 28th annual Going, Going, Gone to the Dogs Benefit Dinner & Auction! This year's theme is "Grr-eek Mythology!"This event is the VHS' largest fundraiser. The evening features a preview cocktail party with hot hors d'oeuvres and free beer & wine for the first hour, silent auctions, and finally a plated dinner and live auction. The auctions include hundreds of items ranging from $25-$1,000+.
