Giveffect's Grant Program offers three cycles annually in order to provide more nonprofits with the opportunity to utilize our software and service. The application for each cycle is open after the previous one closes.
We offer software grants to eligible nonprofit organizations to help accelerate digital transformation and realize significant gains in fundraising and community building through donor & volunteer management, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
Grantees will benefit from a one-year subscription to our all-in-one CRM solution, including online giving, donor management, volunteer management, email marketing, and events & fundraising management. In addition, we will look for how organizations will use software to better address their mission, build or foster growth within a community, and provide additional services to their constituents.
Together, we will create a positive and measurable impact in communities across the United States and Canada.
Applications for direct software grants are accepted quarterly. Applicants should plan at least two months for grant review and additional onboarding time.

Software Grants cannot be awarded to organizations that have purchased Giveffect software within the last nine months.
Grantees must report on their project over the life of the grant via surveys and quarterly check-ins. Meaningful participation in this process is a requirement for continued software usage.
In addition, all grantees must submit a performance report every quarter after the date of your grant award letter by email. The performance report template (1 page) will be shared with grantees.
